The GREIT Annual Seminar

Every year, the GREIT organizes a two-day seminar on a certain topic. The 2010 annual seminar is in Italy, Florence. The seminar is entitled “Taxation and Human Right in Europe and beyond”, and is to be held on 16 and 17 September 2010 (organisation: prof. Pasquale Pistone (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and prof. Georg Kofler (University of Linz)).

• Lund 2006 – “Towards a homogeneous EC direct tax law”
• Lisbon 2007 – “The Acte Clair doctrine in EC direct tax law”
• Salerno 2008 - “Legal remedies in European Tax law”
• Amsterdam 2009 – ”Traditional and alternatives routes to European Tax Integration”

The papers of the annual seminars held in Lund, Lisbon and Salerno have been published by the IBFD. The papers of the Amsterdam seminar will be published in September 2010.

The GREIT Summer Course on European Tax Law
